I woke up early and worked on my blog. I'm panicking a bit on the fact that I still have stuff to do on it and it needs to be finished for Sunday. I have so little time left. We're almost done. Today's our last real day and then tomorrow we're gonna be running around like crazy.
Today we are doing a canal boat ride and then Bill is buying us lunch at Limona which is apparently Mediterranean and will be the most food we've ever seen on a plate. He told us not to eat breakfast but I did anyway cause I have so much cereal to eat still. Then we're going to Primrose Hill and we take a final group photo and drink champagne I think.
Then I think I'm trying to get a group of people to go to the Shard and then the London Eye.
We got to the meeting place with Bill and Eric was super late so we left without him. We got to the boat and Eric made it just in time. We had the whole boat to ourselves! It was crazy. The boat ride was super cute and took about an hour. We went all the way down the canal and then back. We passed by Emma's houseboat (the lady we visited last week! Both times we passed and yelled for her and she came out and waved! It was cute. Their was a tour lady on our boat who told us about stuff on the way down but it wasn't too interesting. She didn't have anything for the way back because it's the same path. So on the way back we all said our highs and lows of the trip into the microphone. It was cute. Then after everyone was done Jess and I sang a song. We did Riptide and it was cute but Bill was the only one who filmed it and he doesn't know how to send videos. The whole trip we waved to other people on boats and on land and it was cute. Also there was a boat called Amelia and a boat called Lucy R in the same area.
When we docked we walked up to Limonia which is a Greek restaurant Bill has been talking about a lot. Apparently Lance found this restaurant and Helena Bonham Carter lives in this are and Bill's seen her! It is so lovely out and today is so nice. We had a private room all to ourselves upstairs that had a table in a U shape and a big window. It was gorgeous. We had a 4 course meal that took 2 hours. First there was cold starters which was a bunch of different dips with pita. There was eggplant, tuna, the yogurt one (which is my favorite), hummus, ?fish egg?, green stuff. Then there was the hot starters which was span and calamari and mushrooms. Then the main was kebob items: lamb, pork, chicken, beef and greek salad with feta. Then for dessert we got to choose so I had vanilla ice cream with strawberries but also had some baklava and some cherries from other peoples. Bill got us wine too but I'm still not feeling great from yesterday so I didn't have any.
After that we walked up to Primrose Hill in Regent's Park and went and took a picture at the top with the flag which they do every year. I can't believe it's over already. This trip was great. I learned a lot about my self and design and I bonded with everyone and I feel like I actually might want to design after college now. I love London and I'm glad I got to call it home for awhile but I dunno if I'd want to live here. It's nice and all but it's too similar to NYC that I might as well just live in NYC in my opinion.
After we took photos we hung out for a bit and enjoyed the good weather. We honestly had such great weather this whole trip.
Then we walked back to Camden and looked around the Camden Market. I got mall disease real fast and wanted to leave. I like the vibes of markets and all but I feel like it's always just a bunch of rings and knock off tshirts and junk. I don't shop I buy. I always go to a shopping place with something in mind and I don't like just aimlessly wandering and buying things. Sasha and Radish bought some stuff and then Sasha, Radish, Xander, and I went back.
I facetimed home and snacked and worked on my blog and sang.
I'm really really upset. As I was packing I noticed the letters are coming off of my BTS Love Yourself Tour shirt already. Yea it's not a real tour shirt I got it on Amazon but I thought the letters would last longer. I just got it in the fall. I guess I wear it soo much and wash it so much. I'm bummed. I wish they sold the tour merch online so that I didn't have to buy knock off stuff that isn't quality.
Later in the evening, Anthony and I went and took the night BTS photos outside of Tower Bridge! So the afternoon wasn't a total bust. We literally took a half hour tube there to take 5 photos and then a half hour tube back. Ridiculous. We yet again found the exact locations and I am proud. Photos came out okay.
When I got back I did laundry, showered, and then had ice cream and tea and worked on my blog and waited for my laundry to be done. Bill extended the blog to be due Tuesday but honestly I'm just gonna send it to him by tomorrow night hopefully because there's no way I'm gonna work on it while I'm traveling Scotland.
