Day 35 VCUK-13 July 2019

Last day of VCUK!

I wasn't very social today and probably should've been.

I woke up and had breakfast and packed as much as I could. I don't think it will fit and now I am panic.

I went to Portobello Road and read on the tube. I did not buy the yellow linen dungarees (overalls) because they were ginormous and too long. I thought I could roll up the bottoms but the legs were too wide and didn't hold a roll so I decided not to get them but am still sad. I looked through thrift stuff but didn't get anything. I got a tea cup with Kate and William on it cause I think it's funny. Then I found Tescos and bought the peanut butter kit kats.

When I got back I went to the Speedy's Cafe which is the flat that Sherlock BBC is filmed. It was literally right around the corner from me this whole time.

Then I went and bought a red London tshirt and went back to the flat and had lunch.

I hung out for a bit and then facetimed home.

I'm super pumped for Scotland and also can't wait to go home. Packing is not going well.

I had dinner and then worked on my blog and packed more and took a shower and my clothes were finally dry. I was able to get the silver luggage closed finally but I hope it doesn't break. I just extended the zipper and now it closes but my green luggage has more in it than I wanted now. I haven't tried packing my toiletries yet and I hope they all fit sos.

I'm leaving first tomorrow. I'm waking up at 7:30am and leaving by 8 to walk over to King's Cross where I'm taking the train that goes direct to Edinburgh. It's a 4 hour and 20 min ride and I will read I guess. I'm gonna have phone service tomorrow too which is exciting and now means mom can stalk me.

I hope everything fits in my luggage and I don't forget anything. It looks like I have to leave the bread here because I don't have room in my bags.I have my black backpack inside my green backpack right now which is weird but works I guess. This is already a struggle. Tomorrow I will be in SCOTLANDDDD!

I've decided to put the finishing touches on my blog tomorrow night cause I rather get some good sleep and make sure I'm well packed and spend some time in the hostel tomorrow.
