I woke up early and had cereal fro breakfast and worked on my VC blog. Maintance came at 8:30am to replace our bathroom lights but we never told them to do that and everyone was still sleeping so he checked my bathroom light but it was fine and said he'll come back to do the other one later.

We had a schedule with Jay Mitchell from 1883 magazine today and he was an hour late but it was an accident. He was super cool. He and his sisters started the magazine as a portfolio piece when they had gotten out of college and didn't have a job. They started it out of their house in a spare bedroom with their mom serving them and their interns tea and now they have 3 branches (NYC, London, LA) and feature people like Karen Gillen, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Moby, and others. It was super cool.

Today's the royal ascot so I watched it while I worked on my VC blog.

In the afternoon we had another talk from this photography guy named Peter Kindersley. It sorta sucked. It was really boring because it was just Getty Image type of images and commercial work. Then Bill said he'd take us out for a pint.

I went to the Sherlock Holmes Museum which was over priced and was really just a victorian house. It was completely furnished with random victorian items and the very top floor had a little bathroom with a blue and white porcelain toilet which was sorta cool. The top floor had a wax museum also which was creepy and weird.

I took the tube back and then facetimed mom while i tried to make dinner. It didn't work cause i couldn't start the stove.we have a gas stove but its sketchy and you have to start it with a lighter and i can never get it to catch and stay on.

Eventually i went downstairs and used Jess's stove. I made gnocchi with pesto and it was okay.

Then I worked on my VCUK blog and then showered and watched love island in flat 3. Then I watched Hwarang with Krista and went to bed.
